Residential Garden Design

A member of Plot will hold an initial consultation to develop the brief for your garden, we will discuss planting preferences, elements to retain, concerns with your current garden and functional requirements at this first meeting. After this we progress to concept planning and develop detailed planting and landscape plans to allow for tendering and construction. This process can be applied to a small courtyard, through to a larger suburban block. For more information. 

Master planning for residential and rural properties

Plot can develop a site planning strategy that has been designed collaboratively with an architect to provide direction on how you can improve your home and in turn develop improved connections between your home and garden. This process allows you to consider the full opportunities of your site and how you would like to inhabit it. Please get in touch for me information on this service.

Multi-Residential Design

Landscape plans for DA and construction for multi residential developments including but not limited to townhouses, units and commercial properties.

Tree Management Plans

We work with arborists to develop tree management plans and assessment plans for developments.

Garden Advisory

One hour garden advisory service. We can offer onsite advice, identify plants (including weed species) and provide guidance and direction for your garden needs. The cost of this services is $180 inc GST for a 1 hour consultation.

Permaculture Plans

A permaculture plan provides an overall plan that includes productive plantings, water storage, fruit and other elements as required.

Planting Palettes

Development of planting palettes to assist with a development or large garden scheme. These are visual palettes offer a variety of options for your project in a visual way.

Estate Plans

Garden master plans for large gardens and rural properties. An overall plan can assist in developing a theme for a large garden.

Plant Supply

Sourcing of plants for your garden project. We can source plants from wholesalers and assist with delivery to site and set out of plants if you are completing the planting yourself. Please get in touch to see if we can assist you.

Tendering to contractors

Once you have a garden plan we can assist in completing a bill of quantities to accompany the garden plans for tendering. We work with several contractors who can provide a quotation for the construction of your garden.

Construction Advice

During construction we can assist with onsite advice to the contractor. We offer a range of services at this stage to ensure the project runs smoothly.
